Stage Management

Kent is an Actors' Equity Association stage manager and has worked on cruise ships, theme parks, resident theatres, and even on a moving train! He has worked with casts as large as 80 and as small as 4, with productions running as long as 415 performances, as well as one night showcases and cabarets.

  • Began production process while overlapping with performances of Almost, Maine. 

  • Coordinated with playwright Bruce Graham to distribute script changes for this world premiere.

  • Worked with a cast of three, plus two understudies, and a crew of four technicians.

  • Coordinated production, rehearsals, and operations for the park-wide Summer Nights event, including SPARK and SUMMER NIGHTS BLOCK PARTIES

  • Managed cast of 12.

  • Facilitated all rehearsals for all four production shows aboard the Seven Seas Mariner, including Blazing Boots, Tuxedo, Broadway in Concert, and the Mariner premiere of Divos and Divas. 

  • Served as primary liaison between Tampa rehearsal team, shipboard management, and designers working remotely.

  • Coordinated and ran install aboard the Seven Seas Mariner as it sailed from Sydney to Perth, Australia during the early stages of the COVID-19 crisis.

  • Coordinated the relaunch of the Regent Seven Seas Mariner as it crossed the Atlantic Ocean after more than 20 months of being shut down.
